Poppy and Alex have nothing in common.
She loves adventure and works as a travel writer based in New York.
He prefers to stay home with a good book and is a high school teacher in the small town where they grew up.

It all started their first year of university when they coincidentally traveled home together for the summer holidays.
Since then, and for a decade, they have made it a tradition to spend an adventurous week of vacation together.
