Now that I'm speaking to you, I've already completed forty-five years of life. I sit on the ledge of the roof of my childhood home in Nea Heraklion, swinging my feet into the void and ridiculing all the reasons that would make my life seem beautiful. I could, if I wanted to, scream or do the biggest indecency that comes to your mind, because the rights that someone who has decided to end her life acquires are truly incredible.
