Be careful

My mother always looked me in the eyes and told me: "Be careful. Not because people might hurt you or bother you... Be careful not to lose your faith in them and, ultimately, lose yourself." And strangely, I understood this "be careful" when I lost my faith in people, and in the end, I lost myself too...

We will make this journey together, to our most common places. Where we are exactly the same. Without any more disguises. There, together with fear, guilt and pain. Maybe then we will finally see that through our broken messes, the light is waiting to find us. As long as we have the courage to invite it.

Because light... will always bring light, no matter how much darkness it passes through.
