Stop hindering your dreams and make them come true
Self-defeating behaviors are one of the most common reasons we resist any attempt at change. However, if we become aware of our destructive habits and strengthen our emotional intelligence, we can get rid of remnants of past experiences, love the best version of ourselves and act accordingly, ceasing to stand in our own way and in the realization of our goals.
For centuries, the image of the mountain has been used as an allegory for all the great challenges we face, especially those we consider impossible to overcome. To climb our mountain, we essentially need to locate our inner trauma, bring it to the surface, become more resilient, and adapt the techniques for our ascension.
In the end, we will not have conquered the mountain, but we will have become masters of ourselves.
They said about the book:
"The ideal guide for those who have the courage to seek their true direction and regain their strength."
